Analysis of the sudden quality problems in spinning process

There are many kinds and large quantities of spinning accessories involved in the spinning process. The operation, technology, air conditioning and other factors affected are complex, which are easy to cause accidents and some sudden quality problems. The following is a brief description and analysis from four aspects.

1、 Sudden quality problems caused by poor equipment status

The damage of the front cot is often seen in the local gnawing and the whole week of the groove, which is a common accessory problem in the spinning process. When the damage of the front cot is serious, the damaged part can not effectively control the fiber in the drafting process, and the quality of the spun yarn will be significantly deteriorated.

2. Pressure loss of upper pin spring

The roller and cot are seriously entangled, causing the spring of the upper pin to lose pressure, and the upper pin and the lower pin cannot form an elastic jaw. In serious cases, the upper pin will rise up to form a "hanging ring" phenomenon, completely losing the control of the fiber, resulting in serious drafting wave, which will not only cause the yarn dry deterioration, but also cause serious long, thick and thin problems.

3. The upper rubber ring does not work properly

The main reasons for the poor operation of the upper rubber ring are the accumulation of flowers in the upper pin and the rubber ring, the pressure loss of the middle upper roller or the deformation of the upper pin. When the upper apron is not working properly, the roving strip in the back area will loose. Because there is no pre draft in the back area, the roving sliver entering the front area is still relatively loose. In the process of drafting, the friction cohesion and control force between the fibers are weakened, which leads to the deterioration of the sliver dry and the increase of drafting efficiency, so that the number of spun yarn is smaller, and the bias yarn is produced, showing long and thin transverse marks on the cloth surface.

In addition to the above defects, when the upper apron is not working properly, it will produce periodic beating, so that the drafting jaw composed of the upper apron and the lower apron will have a periodic impact on the drafting of the rear area fiber, and the mechanical wave generated in the rear area will become longer after being amplified by the front area drafting. Its wavelength depends on the cycle of the ring beating, the drawing times of the front and back areas, etc.

4. Drive component failure

Transmission component failure mainly refers to the damage of transmission gear, transmission shaft and pin key. Once this kind of mechanical failure occurs, it will lead to the quality problems of the whole yarn, which will have a great impact, so we should attach great importance to it. In view of the failure of transmission parts, it is necessary to strengthen the daily cleaning and maintenance work, especially the inspection of key parts.

2、 Quality problems caused by improper operation

1. Wrong number yarn produced when spinning head

When opening or dropping a new type of yarn, operators are accustomed to using the yarn they carry to create the head. If the number or composition of the new type of yarn is different from that of the spinning type, the wrong number of yarn will be produced. The length of misnumbered yarn is shorter, but the effect on product quality is greater than that of the whole misnumbered yarn.

There are two remarkable characteristics of the wrong number yarn, one is the large number and wide distribution of the wrong number yarn, especially when new varieties are being spun, in order to speed up the speed of the wrong number yarn, most of the operators are generally concentrated to produce the wrong number yarn, and a large-scale wrong number phenomenon occurs; the other is that the reasons for the wrong number yarn are very hidden, easy to repeat, and difficult to find by the managers. Different number of wrong number yarns will produce coarse and long details on the cloth surface, and different composition wrong number yarns will appear horizontal phenomenon due to different fiber dyeing properties after cloth dyeing.

To solve the problem of wrong number of raw yarn, the first is to strengthen the operator's quality awareness and not take the yarn to different varieties of raw yarn; the second is to prepare special raw yarn for new varieties in advance; the third is to separate the varieties with large difference in fiber composition into workshop production, or take separation measures to arrange the operation of different types of work for car value; the fourth is to clear the different varieties on the bobbin The tail yarn.

2. Weak twist when doffing and cleaning spindles

When the operator cleans the spindle foot or manually pulls out the yarn and drops the yarn, if the operation is careless, it is easy to make the spindle belt fall off from the position of the spindle disk. Because the diameter of the spindle disk edge is larger than that of the spindle disk, the rotation speed of the corresponding spindle will be slower than normal, resulting in the yarn twist becoming smaller and weak twisting phenomenon. After testing, when the spindle belt deviates, the twist of the corresponding yarn will be reduced by 15% ~ 20%, and the yarn performance will change greatly. Moreover, the yarn structure will become loose, and there will be obvious cross marks after dyeing. In order to reduce this kind of weak twist yarn, it is necessary to strengthen the quality awareness of the operators and strengthen the special inspection and examination in the workshop. When cleaning the spindle foot, it's better not to use a brush, but to use a twist gun to twist back the flying flowers.
